Winning new business and expanding business with existing clients mark the top of the agendas of marketing communications agencies. However, the bitter reality is that agencies only win on average about 30 % of their pitches. And that despite the significant amount of effort, overtime, cost and additional resources that they put into them. It’s time to change that forever.
In my seminars and talks – whether online or in person – I show agencies how to successfully convert promising pitches: how to decode the hidden agendas of potential clients, recognize their genuine needs, and put business purpose (“what’s really important here?”) at the center of pitches. After they have won their pitches, I also show agencies how to optimally develop their client accounts.
